Terms of service

These terms govern your use of lonajgrp.co.za and the quotation process. Any work we carry out is governed by the written quotation and service agreement signed for that specific job, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

The price estimator on our household and Airbnb cleaning page produces an indicative range based on the information you enter. It is not a binding quotation.

A binding price is only given in writing, after we have confirmed the details and — for larger work — visited the site. If the property or scope differs materially from what you told us, we will discuss the revised price with you before any work begins, never after.

Submitting a booking request does not confirm a booking. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, access arrangements and final price. The booking is confirmed only once we have done so.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so that we can redeploy the team.

We will carry out work with reasonable skill and care, using appropriately trained staff and suitable equipment and chemicals.

Our staff are employed lawfully and carry the statutory cover applicable at the time of the work. Proof is available on request.

If you are not satisfied with a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and put it right at no charge.

Please provide safe access to the premises and tell us in advance about hazards, pets, alarm systems, or anything fragile or valuable that needs particular care.

Please secure cash, jewellery and confidential documents before a visit.

If we damage something, tell us immediately and we will deal with it fairly. Our staff photograph and report any damage or pre-existing issues they find, on the same day.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by items being in a condition we were not told about.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable by EFT on presentation. Thirty-day terms are available on approved accounts.

We keep the information on this website accurate and current, including our compliance status. If you spot something that is out of date, please tell us.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
